peaceful, stunning respite in a clearing in the woods all amenities were as advertised, well kept and working condition We especially enjoyed finding the sauna hat from the Soviet comedy movie. Nice surprise!

Our group really enjoyed our stay. Evgeni was responsive and flexible with our check in and out process. The property was well equipped with amenities and activities for large groups. The game room was a plus with arcade games and pool. We can tell Evgeni put a lot of time and effort into making this a great place for guests to stay.

The property was exactly as described and pictured! Evgeni's communication was always fast, friendly, and helpful. The location was peaceful, doordash delivers even as far out as we were, and the coolness of the property kept everyone busy and entertained. There was even a very friendly, local cat that greeted us and hung around from time to time during our stay. Downtown Occidental is super close with great restaurants also. The home's kitchen is well stocked...and not just with any kitchen tool you would need, but also with spices and various coffee pods/tea bags. The bathrooms were also stocked with various thoughtful items in case you forgot some things. The home had so much to do, our 2 night stay wasn't even enough to get to everything. Our group had so much fun that I don't doubt we will be returning. Thanks so much Evgeni's!

Evgeni’s place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with great amenities. It’s about a 30-minute drive from Bodega, which made for a fun and convenient getaway. Evgeni was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had an unforgettable stay at Evgeny’s house. Everything was absolutely amazing! The place is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged — you can truly feel the heart and soul the host put into it. There were so many lovely touches: a sauna, hot tub, kayaks, and much more — everything you need for a perfect getaway. We felt right at home, only better. We will definitely come back to this wonderful place. Huge thanks to Evgeny for the warm hospitality! Highly recommended!

If you are travelling with family or with a friends group and you need a private peaceful vacation surrounded by greenery, this is the place to be. So many amenities and those are exactly as described and in pictures. Very responsive host and has provided a physical and online manual with detailed instructions. There are only two bathrooms, one within the house and second accessible only via the game room in a different floor. Considering the house has 4 bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen and 1 bunk bedroom), if you have multiple families, sharing might be a question to ponder. However, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and felt that we need atleast 3-4 days to cover every amenity this house has. Kudos to Evgeni for thinking through so many nitty gritty details to make guests so welcomed.

This Airbnb was the perfect cozy getaway! The house is spotless, brand new, and incredibly comfortable, tucked away in a quiet forest setting. There’s so much to do—from the hot tub to all the fun entertainment set up inside the house. One of our favorite highlights was enjoying a movie night outdoors by the fire pit—it felt magical under the stars. Whether you’re looking to relax or have a little adventure, this place has it all. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a peaceful and refreshing escape!

This stay was incredible—it’s clear that Evgeni put so much thought and care into every detail. The house was beautifully stocked with everything we needed, from plenty of towels to a fully equipped kitchen that was truly cooking-ready. Being able to bring our dog made it even more special, and the peaceful, beautiful neighborhood was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Every amenity was in great condition, and it’s clear the guest experience is a top priority. We watched movies under the pergola, used the cold plunge and sauna daily, soaked in the hot tub, sunbathed, and cooled off in the arcade room over games of pool—and we still didn’t get to everything! With so much more to do and preparing our next relaxing get away ( self care, hello) we are already looking at our calendars for our next visit to Evgeni’s place.

We had an unforgettable trip with my family to a beautiful house in the forest!This place is a hidden gem—peaceful, uniquely designed & fully equipped with the latest technology.After a day of wine tasting, we enjoyed relaxing under the pergola in the cool forest air.The private spa experience with the Jacuzzi, cold plunge, and sauna was fantastic.Stargazing with the telescope was incredible.The game room, featuring a pool table and ping-pong table, was a huge hit, and our evenings by the real-wood fire pit felt magical.The bocce court and golf net kept everyone entertained as well.If you walk out the front door and head down the hill, you'll find a wonderful local playground. If you go right instead, you'll discover a scenic hike with beautiful views, horses, and nearby wineries.Everything in the house was clean, cozy & thoughtfully set up.The kitchen was fully supplied with everything we needed to prepare delicious meals.The host was very responsive to all our questions and requests.
